Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Performs a full range of simple cooking tasks by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing, such as prepared soups, pizza, bagels, muffins, hot and cold coffees, sodas, beer, and prepackaged snacks. Sets up food service area. Replenishes food and supplies as required. Submits food and supply orders as necessary for Bowling and McJava. 2. Maintains area in clean and orderly condition. Operates, breaks down, and cleans all food service equipment for food preparation. Cleans equipment; e.g., worktables, sinks, and refrigerators. Washes and sanitizes tables and counters, and vacuums. Sweeps and mops floor, and cleans and sanitizes trashcans. Collects and transfers trash from work area to disposal area. 3. Operates cash register, rings up sales, receives money and makes change, processes credit/debit card sales. At the end of each tour of duty, clears the cash register, and turns in cash and supporting documents. 4. Assists in conducting monthly inventories. 5. Performs other related duties as assigned. Experience:
Must demonstrate the ability to perform common arithmetic problems and make change when receiving payment from customers. Must possess skill in dealing with the public. Must have experience as a fast order cook experience. Must have knowledge of sanitation standards for handling and serving food, and cleaning equipment and work area. Must have knowledge of food presentation methods and procedures. Must have knowledge of and skill in operating food service equipment, knowledge of various foods characteristics, and ability to prepare food according to set procedures. Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend for long periods of time. Satisfactory completion of pre-employment physical is required. Successful completion of a Tier 1 investigation is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
