Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Occupational Medicine / Flight Medicine Job Overview

  • Duties will be performed in accordance with established procedures and protocols, within the scope of practice.
  • Serve as a Practical Nurse performing patient care and nursing administrative duties for outpatients in accordance with established policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
  • Initiate, perform and complete assigned duties in providing care to variable patient populations.
  • Complete assigned patient care based on the patients' conditions, use judgment in selecting the appropriate order and sequence of procedures and treatments, and accurately recognize, report and record relevant patient information.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Occupational Medicine / Flight MedicineJob Qualifications:

  • Computer Competency
  • BLS
  • Certificate
  • Graduate from NLNAC or CCNE accredited nursing program
  • One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation
  • LPN/LVN Licensure: Current, full, active and unrestricted. Any U. S. jurisdiction.
  • Hands-on patient care in the outpatient clinical setting for at least 12 months within the past 24 months
  • Excellent written communication skills to perform accurate documentation, both written and electronic, of all activity, including telephone contacts, in accordance with requirements.
  • Experience performing care and treatment of patients; operating and maintaining therapeutic equipment; properly administering oral and parenteral medications; conducting paraprofessional portions of physical examinations; or assisting in medical treatment of patients

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
